- An Orientation Meeting to understand where YOU are at -- what tools and resources, leads and contacts will help you achieve your job search goals.
- An Action Plan with realistic timelines - that You Create!
- A slate of Job Mentoring / Coaching activities
The Action Plan may include:
- Handshake Olympics
- Meeting the HR Department
- Learning Interviews vs. Behavioural Interviews
- Interview Strategies
- Networking & Building Relationships & Your Network
- Generating / Researching Leads & Contacts
- Volunteering
- Job Etiquette & Cultural Cues
- The First Three Months on the Job
- Community Leadership / Mentorship
