  • An opportunity to learn skills relevant to networking, interpersonal and cross-cultural communication - for job-ready clients & those who wish to move ahead in their jobs & careers.

Networking Events

Objectives

  • To create an friendly and informal networking event for Jewish business & community professionals; job-ready clients and hiring managers; and of course, VIPs.
  • To facilitate the sharing of information, leads and contacts within our community.
  • To extend the Network of Connections of JFSA's Job Match Program Coordinator -- to help job-ready clients connect with employers, community leaders and business professionals.
  • To raise JFSA / JobMatch's visibility and profile by reaching out to different communities in the Lower Mainland.
Format

PROGRAM STARTS: 7:30 AM SHARP!

ENDS: 9:00 AM SHARP!

  • Registration - Online & Secure - Click here (open until 11:59 PM, the day before the event
  • Onsite Registration -  7:15 - 7:30
  • Includes Continental Breakfast Introductions - either before or after speaker (subject to his/her preference)
  • 15-20 min. talk focusing on:
    • his / her 'story' - business success
    • his / her connection to Judaism / Jewish values;the role these Jewish values have played in his / her success
    • PowerPoint-Free!
    Speaker Start - 8 AM - 8:20 AM
  • Q&As - 8:20 - 8:30 AM
  • Thank You to Speaker & Announcements (5 min.)
  • Mix n' Mingle Networking (25 min.)
